A new chapter in the history of an iconic Espoo restaurant building began on April 26th with the opening of Strindberg by the Sea in Haukilahti. The renowned Strindberg, famous for its classics, has arrived in Haukilahti at the Espoon Merenkävijät boathouse.
At the new Strindberg Haukilahti, a maritime atmosphere blends with the traditions of Nordic cuisine and today’s international flavors. The menu features classic dishes prepared with familiar recipes, from Strindberg’s famous meatballs to Rydberg steak, with a touch of the sea enhancing other menu items.
Carefully selected wines complete the culinary experience. Our high-quality selection of champagne and sparkling wines invites you to enjoy the sunshine on the terrace. Esteemed chef Jaakko Sorsa crafted the new menu.
